Shipping & Digital Delivery

United States orders only
Swanky Sunshine currently accepts orders from customers in the United States. Physical products must have an eligible United States delivery address. International shipping is not available. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, territories, P.O. boxes, or military addresses may vary by product and fulfillment partner and will be reflected in the listing or checkout.

Physical products
Please review the processing time and estimated delivery window stated in the product listing and the shipping options available at checkout. Processing and transit time are separate. Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Do not assume expedited delivery is available unless it is expressly offered for your order.

Some physical products may ship directly from fulfillment partners, including partners located outside the United States. U.S.-only delivery does not mean every item is manufactured or shipped from the United States. Products from different partners may arrive separately. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Address and delivery issues
Review your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us through the Contact form on our website promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. If a package is damaged, incorrect, missing, or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically, not by mail, and do not require a shipping charge. Each listing explains its file format and delivery method. Keep your purchase email and use the provided download instructions. If you cannot access your files, contact us for assistance.
