Terms of Service & Product Use

Swanky Sunshine
These terms describe purchases and permitted product use at Swanky Sunshine. Contact: Please use the Contact form on our website. Our shipping, return/refund, and privacy policies also apply. Nothing here limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

Orders and product information
We currently accept orders for customers in the United States. Review each product description, size, materials, file format, compatibility, price, and delivery estimate before ordering. Physical products and digital downloads will be identified in their listings. Screen and printer settings can affect appearance. We may decline or cancel orders involving fraud, unavailable stock, or an obvious pricing error; payments for orders we cancel will be refunded.

Personal-use license for original digital downloads
Unless an individual listing expressly states otherwise, original digital products identified as Swanky Sunshine creations are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial household use only. Purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design. You may print copies for your own household. You may share completed worksheets privately with a person assisting your household, such as a pet sitter, but may not share the blank files.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, sublicense, give away, or share the blank digital files or designs. You may not use them to create products for sale, print-on-demand merchandise, commercial templates, or competing downloads. Contact us for written permission if you need a different license.

Original designs and store content
To the extent protected by applicable law, original Swanky Sunshine designs, photographs, written content, and other creative materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited. Third-party product images, trademarks, and supplier materials belong to their respective owners; Swanky Sunshine does not claim ownership of them. This notice does not claim exclusive rights in public-domain material, ideas, or other unprotectable content.

Physical products
Buying a physical item does not grant a license to reproduce its protected artwork or design. These terms do not restrict rights in a lawfully purchased physical item that applicable law preserves.

Delivery and returns
Physical products may be fulfilled by production or shipping partners. Digital files are delivered electronically, as explained in each listing. Purchases are final sale for change-of-mind reasons, subject to our return/refund policy and legally required remedies.

Problems and infringement reports
For order issues or suspected unauthorized use of our original work, use the Contact form on our website with the relevant order details or links. Do not send payment-card information or other sensitive credentials.

Policy updates
Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with an existing purchase.
